Scrum Master (m/w/d) D5, Remote ======================================== Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Scrum Master für einen unserer Kunden. Rahmenbedingungen: ca. 50 % Auslastung, ggf. Anfangs höhere Auslastung ca. 40 % vor Ort Raum Köln Analyse bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Entwicklung agiler Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung (Kaizen) und nachhaltige Teamreife. Einführung von Jira als Arbeits-, Dokumentations- und Projektmanagement-Tool in Teams und Organisationen. Erstellung sinnvoller Workflows, Boards, Dashboards und Berichte zur Erhöhung von Transparenz und ...... daktisches Talent und Begeisterung für Coaching neuer agiler Teams. Lösungsorientiert, geduldig, strukturiert und kommunikationsstark. Hohe Eigenmotivation und Leidenschaft für Agile, Scrum und Organisationsentwicklung. Proaktive Haltung: erkennt Hindernisse frühzeitig und unterstützt das Team bei der Beseitigung von Hindernissen. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einsatz von BMC Helix zur Unterstützung von IT Service Management (ITSM) und Enterprise Service Management. Technisches Verständnis im BMC Helix Umfeld, insbesondere in folgenden Bereichen:
