Collaborate and Align Across Teams - Work closely with Tech Lead(s), Developers in squad(s) and other sub-systems to guide design decisions. - Participate in PI Planning meetings to ensure architectural objectives and enablers are integrated. Govern Technical Standards - Establish and maintain best practices for -Code management and branching strategies - Secure coding standards - Design documentation and architecture decision records (ADRs) Ensure Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) Define NFR acceptance criteria for security, performance, reliability, and compliance. - embed NFRs into team backlogs and ?Definition of Done?; monitor adherence.
