Senior Turnover Construction Manager MEP/CSA (m/w/d) D1, Grünheide ======================================== We are currently looking for a Senior Turnover Construction Manager MEP/CSA for an interesting project at our customers site. General conditions: Full Time 100% onsite Proactively propose Value Engineering solutions in order to optimize the scope. Pre-align with Technical Service Team regularly on the scopes to be handed over. Present ideas and plans to executive leaders. Understand and lead construction, startup systems and sequences and review designs for constructability. Submit and follow RFIs, FCRs and request for CRQFs when required ...... or’s and/or Master’s Degree in Construction, Engineering or Technical Field and/or evidence of Excellent written and verbal communication. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field and to get hands dirty as needed to complete Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines 5-10 years’ experience in similar roll for similar projects.
