We are currently looking for a software developer for our client. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Development of use case in MS Dynamics customer service module and MS Power B Responsibilities Developer Ticketing: Technical maintenance of the D365 CRM online platform Technical maintenance of the customer service ticketing solution Further development / customization MS Dynamcs customer service module according to user stories Create and maintain PowerBI reports Very good knowledge of the D365 CRM online platform, focus on the Customer Service module (incl. customization & development) Sound practical experience with maintenance and customization of the M365 CRM Customer Service Module Advanced PowerBI skills Experience with hybrid architectures (mixture of Online and On Premise Dynamics Platform) Fluent English
