Project Governance: Managing project plans, milestones, budget allocation, status reporting, and risk management. Process Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the complete delivery workflow from initial planning through deployment. Vendor & Specialist Lead: Coordinating external domain experts and technical specialists. Management Decision Paper: Authoring the strategic decision proposal for senior management.
