Auslastung: 100% Einsatzort: max. 25% Remote, 75% vor Ort, IBN-Phase nur vor Ort Aufgaben: Planung und Umsetzung der Automationslösung einer Produktionsanlage auf Basis von TwinCAT3 Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme von Steuerungssoftware für produktive Kalibrieranlagen Ermittlung, Spezifikation und Dokumenatation von Kundenanforderungen an die Software Vernetzung der Systeme über digitale Schnittstellen (OPC-UA ...... zugehöriger Beckhoff-Hadware (I/O Klemmen) Kenntnisse in SOLID und Clean-Code-Prinzipien Erfahrungen in der Kommunikation über OPC-UA bzw. Feldbusse EtherCAT und Profibus SPS-Konzeptentwicklung und SPS-Systemarchitektur Standardisierung nach Pack-ML MS Azure DevOps Plattform Erfahrung mit Programmierung in C und mit GIT Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau oder idealerweise Erfahrung in SPS-Programmierung im Umfeld von Kalibrier-/Prüfanlagen Andere SPS-Kenntnisse wie 3S CODESYS V3, B&R Automation Studio, Siemens TIA-Portal, Rockwell RS Logix
