GitLab Duo Specialist (m/w/d) 100% Remote Essen ======================================== For our long-standing client in the energy sector, we are looking for two two GitLab Duo Specialists (Specification & Development Kick-off) to lead the automated execution and code generation pipeline. Nearshore only! The initiative aims to build a scalable, automated AI agent chain connecting planning with technical implementation: Atlassian Rovo: Handles initial requirements gathering and structures user stories. GitLab Duo: Receives validated stories, generates technical specs, builds code scaffolds and unit tests, and submits Merge ...... terfaces, data models, test cases) and submits them for approval. Implementation Agent: Creates branches, generates code scaffolding and initial unit tests, runs CI/CD pipelines, and opens Merge Requests (MR) with change summaries. Jira Feedback Loop: Writes real-time status updates back into Jira. Governance & Security Guardrails: Enforces service accounts, scoped tokens, protected branches, mandatory reviews, and full audit logging. Knowledge Transfer: Delivers comprehensive documentation, demo scenarios, and scalable implementations.
