This role requires a hands-on, customer-focused IT professional who can manage a wide range of hardware, software, and operational technology issues in a busy production setting. Deliver application support for: Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Sharepoint, Visitor managment systems. Good understanding of Active directory and users permissions Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, such as: LAN/WAN Basic switch and network diagnostics, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS VPNs, Whitelisting, monitoring and remote support tools, i.e, Teamviewer, nagiosis, Stratodesk
