Ihre Aufgaben: Administration, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft‑365‑Landschaft (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, Entra ID) Verwaltung und Optimierung der Azure‑Infrastruktur (IaaS, PaaS, Identity) Umsetzung und Pflege von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Richtlinien, inkl. Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, Zero‑Trust ...... rien Automatisierung von Aufgaben mittels PowerShell, Azure Automation oder Skripting 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support für Microsoft 365 Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365 Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kenntnisse in IT‑Security, Identitätsverwaltung und Netzwerktechnologien Gute Kenntnisse in On‑Prem‑Technologien wie VMware, NetApp, Windows Server, AD
