PLC Entwicklung (m/w/d) Remote ======================================== Aktuell suchen wir einen Experten für die Entwicklung eines Bioreaktors beim Kunden. Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen: Erstellung von PLC-Code zur Anbindung von Sensoren und Aktuatoren (z. B. Ventile, Pumpen) an der Automationsplattform Biobrain Implementierung von Controllern und Treibern sowie Anpassung und Erweiterung bestehender Funktionalitäten Durchführung von Unit-Tests für alle implementierten Funktionen Analyse, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung von Defects und Anforderungen Code-Review und Optimierung gemäß regulatorischer Anforderungen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen und Standards: ISA-95, ISA-88, GAMP5 Dokumentation sämtlicher Entwicklungsschritte, Tests und Änderungen gemäß regulatorischer Vorgaben Siemens SPS Programmierung in Structured Control Language (SCL) via TIA Portal, Kommunikationsprotokolle (z. B. Modbus TCP, OPC UA, IO-Link, CAN Open) Standards wie ISA-95 und ISA-88 (z. B. Implementierung von Schrittketten für Equipment-Phasen, Implementierung von kompletten Kontrollmodulen), GAMP5 Git und Azure DevOps
